Now, chilly jam on a toasted cheese sandwich 😋 ... two types of mouth burning going on there - melted cheese as hot as lava and really spicy chillies! 🥵

I'm definitely a no sauce guy. Bit of Worcester on the the egg, that's it's. I like to think of bacon as the condiment
 
Honestly you guys , the devil is in the detail, Crispy smoked bacon or if possible Pancetta, definitely easy over egg on freshly cut and not buttered bread slices , egg sprinkled with mixed ground peppers and a side of mug of coffee, all consumed sat outside watching the day break….. heaven!
 
Bacon, egg n a couple of split sausages n brown or hp fruity sauce. Doesn't matter what it's in, bread or bap, toasted or not
 
Well, it might be, if it wasn't for Mrs Cats smoked mackerel and horseradish pâté, on toast.
 
Take that bacon and runny fried egg and chop them up into a bowl of salted, buttered grits. Then toast your bread and butter it as well. Vary the volume of grits to your liking. Lots of grits, for me.
 
Sausage and egg for me, its not that I don't like bacon it's that I can't eat the fatty rind, if I make it myself I use bacon medallions.
