Optics Warehouse : Great Service again

I have had one of the old LCD Hawke 400 LRF for years, however as my eyes get older I struggle to use the black LCD so decided to get a new OLED style so hopped onto OW to find that superb little Elltech unit is no longer sold. So decided to get the new OLED style Hawke and ordered the 400m one on Sunday which duely arrived on Tuesday .. imagine my embarrassment to find the 400 version one is also LCD and I'd ordered the wrong one

Completed the online returns honestly explaining my mistake, asked for credit and a promise to order the right unit. Printed out the paperwork, boxed it all up and headed to PO. OPW emailed my at 9.30am on Wednesday, saying item received, return processed, credit on account. 10 mins later and a few more beer tokens spent I ordered to OLED 700 version. Item as expected arrived today.

No quibble from them on the return despite it being my fault entirely.

I have used them for years and will continue to do so .. Many Thanks

I have also made a return because the product wasn’t quite what I thought it was, no issues with it but no quibble and very fast refund. Customer service like this is hard to find but good to shout about

Yes, me too recently got a full refund following a faulty scope, they even send the returns label.
