Picked up one of these after doing some testing at the BSS. Not used in anger yet but so far I'm thoroughly impressed.
Bearing in mind I have no frame of reference for real world use as its my first thermal.
The unit itself is nice and light and comes with a couple of straps, a nice case, 2 x 16850's and a charger and cable. Plus user booklet. I've been checking out things in my garden and then took it for a walk in the woods today.
The video is taken at dusk. First looking at a pidgeon in the trees (completely covered, so invisible to the naked eye) then tracking another bird in flight. The pidgeon was quite deep in so I was impressed I could see it.
The pictures are from the walk. The 2 white hot are of a bumble bee. One at 15 yards and then zoomed in from about 25 yards. The multi has a dog at about 60 yards next to the people on bikes. Ambient about 11 degrees and sun was out.
As I say, no real frame of reference but I was very happy with it and can't wait to use it on some tree rats hopefully soon!
