4 screws and and you're done!

2 long ones from the underside of the grip.

2 off the top in front of the breach.

The one closest is shorter of the 2.

Strangely the short PCP barrel is stepped to slot in the main body of the assembly where the longer CO2 isn't but comes with a cone that slots in its place, so don't loose it! This stops barrel from flapping about.

When inserting the new barrel line up the indents for the screw holes and build back up ensuring the breach end is flush where the magazine is slotted in other wise it won't go in. 👍

Interesting post, I’ve got a nemesis x pcp and been really pleased with it. Have you got a photo of it assembled with the longer barrel? What’s the performance like?

Its about 4 inches longer, haven't tested it yet, hoping for improved accuracy and increase in fps 👍

Looks good 👍 let us know how you get on
Well it was shooting all over the place couldn't zero it all. Took it off tonight and found the end of the barrel was a mess. Thread for the mod was a disgrace and the crown was even worse.

There's a photo of it next to the original. 🤦‍♂️

Which one are you saying is bad?
They are both horrendous, with the top one in the pic, where they are pictured together being the worst!
The tool chatter in the bore is bloody terrible.

The one on the right of the 2 together is the bad one.

The one on the left of the 2 together in the same picture will 20p group at 25+ yds the other was a foot off target if not more. 😬

As already said by @Al Stevens neither of them are nice , the one that shoots 12 inches off target could be bent and beyond saving , try rolling it on a piece of glass to check it before trying to repair or recrown

Did that at the RFD when I picked it up on the glass counter. The issue is worse when the mod is on because the face of the barrel and or the thread end isn't square to the length so its going through the mod at an angle and possibly creating odd turbulences as its passing through(?)

Generally the threads for the silencer can be crap, loose, even off to one side, it's the flat "step" below the threads is the important bit.
As long as that is machined square then it's ok, obviously the bigger the better.
You'll get a better, solid fitting mod on a 16mm barrel than you will on a 14mm one.
I mean a lad sent me a couple of barrels the other week to thread 1/2 unf.
No probs, but one barrel was 12mm!,
That like trying to fit a 17inch tyre on a 16inch rim 😁

Anyone here gets a slight barrel twist/spin very slightly when tightening a moderator. Barrel doesnt have any play. It sort of just spin 1mm with the mod when tightening it and loosening it.

Yup, I found that on the one we used to have. The grub screws and holes on the barrel at the breach end aren't great. Never had it come loose though.
