MTC Optics Copperhead 4-16×44 F2 Scope

Hi all recently purchased this scope ..And actually having a few issues operating it owing to Arthritis in hands..In particular I am actually unable to operate the Reticle illumination very stiff...I think it's because it's brand new..Just finding it impossible at the moment ..Any hints to aid the operation out there...

I use one on stiff focus ring of the 10x44 Veyron. Forgive the crappy pics......

I have 5 of these, they will free up with use, all were reasonably stiff from the off so stick with it as and when you’re able
