Hi guys, I'm in the process of putting my .223 together in such away that I can use it day and night with traditional glass so the obvious route is a pard 007 which I've managed to get, I went with a 12mm version in the end.
I want to utilize a LRF for when shooting at night time, daytime I can use my handheld LRF but I want something that I can attach to the scope or even the Rifles chassis that will let me ping targets with minimal fuss so I can then dial or hold for the necessary adjustment needed.
I'm aware of the LE-32
ticks the boxes but I'm not sure if I can mount it on the right hand side of my scope, here you can see it mounted on the left, I shoot left handed so want it on the right, can it be mounted on the right hand side in the same way here?
Then I have come across the mini8 LRF, I've never seen or heard of this before so I'm a bit wary until I know more, but it is nice and compact, and I'm able to mount in on the scope or even the chassis with ease, has anyone got any experience with this LRF?
I understand that both will need to be adjusted once fitted so that in can see the LRF splash through my pard so I definitely need the ability to be able to move the splash into my sight picture and these two allow me to do that.
Have I over looked anything or any potential issues?
