Lubricant for pellet seals in fake cartridges?

I loaded pellets into the fake cartridges for my Remington 1875, a few days ago, and didn't use them all.

Came to use them today, and some wouldn't leave the cartridge, and I had to push them out with an old metal pen refill.

Is there some lubricant I can put on the seals, to eliminate/reduce the sticking?

Very, very light smear of silicone grease.

May also be worth lightly treating the pellets with LT1 or similar

So would I put a bit on a Q-Tip, and smear it on the inside of each seal?
