I purchased a preowned item and tried to use a loyalty code I received from a previous purchase
It would not accept the code, to avoid missing out on the preowned item I ordered and paid for it but feel I have missed out

Hi greg,

Apologies for the delay. I spoke with IT and it appears to be an issues where the code is not applying to new items added. They are currently working to fix this, but I'm glad you got it sorted in the meantime.
