Looking for some blue - 0db or Huggett?

I'm thinking about getting a new moderator for my midnight blue Redwolf. I like the idea of one of the blue ones, either by 0db or Huggett, to match the stock. I haven't seen either in the flesh and would have to order one, but I don't know which one is a better match in terms of colour.
Any recommendations?

I dunno if it helps but all the images of huggets I've seen on retail websites all seem really over vibrant / saturated, it was only seeing one in person at the range (I think it was @Harley that had it actually!) that made me want one, they're much more subdued in person.

... actually looking at it, my camera makes it look brighter than it is too

They have a really nice anodized metalic sheen to them but they're not super reflective or anything.

I guess worst case you don't like it and send it back

I was thinking the same in that all the blue ones look really bright blue. It’s interesting that you say they are actually more subdued.

I have both a blue 0db and Belita and both are lighter than the midnight stock which is a darker blue. Out of the two I would say the 0db is the closer match but in reality as they are on the end of the shroud and not directly next to the stock they both look good. If I get chance tomorrow I’ll take a pic of both on my Redwolf.

found a couple pics on google ... the 0db does look very nice!

The only hugget one I could find isn't the exact same stock so harder to get an idea in relation...

But from that I'd probably go with the 0db just because the matte finish looks to suit better but that's just me

That would be interesting.
I've just had an offer on the wanted page for both a 0db and a Huggett Astille, which can have blue rings added. Not sure about the shape of the Astille, as it resembles something that the missus would enjoy.

Yes it was mine, it's the one on the troublesome Huntsman Regal. Glad you've got one and glad you like it.

Thanks for that. There is quite a difference between them. The Huggett definitely seems darker and possibly the better match.
I’ve just gone and acquired a 0db one through the Wanted section for a good price though. They both look great though.
Which rifle do you prefer out of the two?
