Let's see which H&N Pellet has the most users here.

Baracuda 8's. Best pellets I've found for HFT-style shooting in my Steyr, HW100's and, slightly to my surprise, my S400. Just please don't drop the quality control, like QYS have - JSB never had any in the first place.

The 5.53mm H&N FTT have always been my preferred pellet in my 0.22" Weihrauch barrels (50, 77 & 100.)
I did switch to Weihrauch's 5.51mm F&T Special as the smaller pellet was an easier fit into the breech of my HW77 and the reduced drag through the barrel produced higher muzzle velocities with no loss of accuracy. Once Weihrauch changed to 5.53mm I changed back to the original H&N FTT.

Several months ago I bought a tin of Barracuda Green in an attempt to find an acceptable lead free pellet of a similar weight to the lead FTT. (The green version of the FTT is so light that it was reported to induce slam in springers.)
My concerns about H&N reducing the stated accurate range of the green pellets from 50 to 30 metres and printing a disclaimer on the tins advising against their use in springers, whilst doubling the price, made it a brief experiment!

And FTT in the Airwolf… (sub-12, but could change to barracudas if I FAC it)

I also have always had a soft spot for the Silver Jets but never found them as accurate as diablos. I so want a rifle that works really well with these! Perhaps the FX Crown with a LW polygon barrel and no choke?

As a honest sidebar...Y'all @ H& N need to divest yourselves of gimmicky pellets ( Red Scorpions, Hornets..et al.) Put the monies into R&D on lighter weight domes ( lead) in all calibers - especially .177, .20 . .22.( 19 grain .25s - kudos). Take a grain wt. off all the first 3 , then y'all have somethin' to crow about.😊
@H&N Sport - I'd like a 17.5gr/.25 (1.13g/6.35mm) FTT please... (y)

I fully agree, especially need more choice in .20 they used to do loads of different types and now down to maybe 5 decent selection across 3 brands

My most used are field target trophy in .177 .22 and when I had my fee .20 rifles these had been used the most

I've hell of alot of pellets to work through as my main rifles are not fussy on the diet I give them but i will be sticking to the FTT's once I've used all my stock up

@H&N Sport - Should have made it a poll ;)
