Leaves falling early this year...don't park under Trees!!!!

My wife and I have noticed the trees this year are already falling their leaves...this morning on the radio (Radio 4) they also mentioned this.....

They said it's due to the lack of rain and the low water table.....they stated trees are also dropping branches too!!! Which will affect wildlife in the winter due to lack of berries and nuts to feed them.

If possible...do not park under trees...your car may get damaged by falling branches.

During the sunny weather...we always try and park in the shade...often under a big tree!!!!

Radio 4 is the BBC , I'm saying no more . I'm more worried about my car getting covered in pigeon crap than leaves .

Around us at the moment are more nuts and berries ive seen in a long time, yes lack of rain and leaves dropping early , so why the abundance of fruit and nuts?

Acorns been dropping off my oaks , apples browning off & dropping from my fruit trees for the last 3weeks I’m no gardener but it all seems a bit early to me

A big tree in Chalkwell park dropped some big branches a few weeks ago, killed a little girl & seriously injured others, Southend council have been busy since going round inspecting trees & tree surgeons trimming suspect branches. Going to be a big insurance bill for them for sure.
A lot of trees round here are really suffering, a lovely walnut tree in mother in laws garden has died, its just too dry. Not big enough for any timber unfortunately.
