I ordered some .25 pellets from them on the 6th August, decent price and free postage. Phoned them on the Saturday and was told they would be posted out on the Monday. Reason for the delay, was because of holiday.
Heard nothing the following week, despite emailing and numerous phone calls, until the Friday, when I received an email update. Said order was being processed and soon after, despatched. Unfortunately/strangely, no tracking number or info given. Following week, tried phoning and emailing again. Pointed out in email that I can buy something worth a few quid from China, track it all the way and receive it within a week. Still no reply. On Thursday, just over two weeks from ordering, tried phoning again, every time answer machine kicked in, I switched off and rang again. After four times phone was answered, I was told "I'm running the place on my own at the moment" . Asked about my order and was told "I'll ring back in 10 minutes with tracking details" . After two, or so, hours, I emailed again and stated that if I didn't hear, or receive anything by Saturday the 24th August, I would be contacting my card provider for a refund. Half an hour later received email from World Pay with refund issued. So the pellets had never even been posted. First time I've used them and, also the last. Lack of customer service and lies don't sit well with me. Sorry it's been a bit of a long one, I had been mulling it over about putting it on the forum but it seems I'm not the only one to have problems.
