Anyone know of this establishment
I ordered Napier cleaning kit from them on the 9/8 and have heard nothing from h them
Tried calling but there just a message to email
Yep tried that too
What’s wrong with people these days no one seems give give a flying xxxx
 
Yes, I've been to the shop, its quite small, not a huge variety of stock, but they have the basics and few guns/pistols.
Its a small business and they are not always open, so worth checking if you ever visit.
I have telephoned in the past and it was answered on that occasion, but that was only once.
I have emailed in the past and never got a response back.
So it seems a bit hit and miss TBH.
I'd suggest cancelling (in writing) and asking for full refund due to the delay and no contact, if no joy (and you paid via card) do a bank chargeback or let the credit card company know and request a full refund.
Edit just checked the website and looks like they are only open 3 days a week (Thur, Fri and Sat) so maybe staff or other issues?
Does not excuse bad/lack of communication though.....

Did look at opening times ect but like you say no excuse for no communication
 
I ordered some .25 pellets from them on the 6th August, decent price and free postage. Phoned them on the Saturday and was told they would be posted out on the Monday. Reason for the delay, was because of holiday.
Heard nothing the following week, despite emailing and numerous phone calls, until the Friday, when I received an email update. Said order was being processed and soon after, despatched. Unfortunately/strangely, no tracking number or info given. Following week, tried phoning and emailing again. Pointed out in email that I can buy something worth a few quid from China, track it all the way and receive it within a week. Still no reply. On Thursday, just over two weeks from ordering, tried phoning again, every time answer machine kicked in, I switched off and rang again. After four times phone was answered, I was told "I'm running the place on my own at the moment" . Asked about my order and was told "I'll ring back in 10 minutes with tracking details" . After two, or so, hours, I emailed again and stated that if I didn't hear, or receive anything by Saturday the 24th August, I would be contacting my card provider for a refund. Half an hour later received email from World Pay with refund issued. So the pellets had never even been posted. First time I've used them and, also the last. Lack of customer service and lies don't sit well with me. Sorry it's been a bit of a long one, I had been mulling it over about putting it on the forum but it seems I'm not the only one to have problems.

i have been there but the opening times are not great i think about something on monday buy friday i have forgot its a shame there not open all week
 
If it's the shop just off the A2, they used to be abysmal when I worked down in Kent and virtually impossible to get hold of at any time. Can only hope things have improved, but it doesn't sound like it TBH
 
I’ve found that Neil is normally there from 1000hrs on a Saturday, ….. in-store service is friendly and prices are reasonable.

However, as our other members have posted, email and general communication is very poor.

Good luck with that and don't hold your breath. I think you are better off doing what I did, email them for a refund. They don't deserve your business. I'll never use them again.

Finally got through on the phone wasn’t even in stock but took my payment anyway
Processing refund now after 6 weeks of emailing and trying to ring
Avoid like the plague in future

Well, you know not to use them again! And you definitely did the right thing putting it on here👍

Spoke to the guy Thursday afternoon requested refund he said would do straight away
Still nothing
Fuming now how hard can it be
Now got to try ringing again but not till open thursday

Our payments are made immediately when ordering so should be the same to get it back
Boiling inside at the moment
Sunday rant over gonna have a roast dinner now and chill out
 
I emailed him about the refund, told him I would be contacting my card provider and the World Pay payment was refunded not long after. Worst service I have had off any online retailer. Supposedly a family business, hope the rest of the family is aware of whats going on. Who knows ?

Some shops should Never do mail order,leave it to those who are properly geared up for it,the additional turnover may look inviting, but it really not fair on customers if you can't offer a good service, mitch21
