Admittedly I'm only about 8 minutes into this video but check 2:40 onward. A 17 pound air rifle that seems to be only for benchrest. I know nothing of this Discipline, is that a normal weight? I know it's a high mag and stability oriented approach. This thing was clearly designed to run way over 12ft/lbs. Is there a UK or European market for it do you think?
Still, 17lbs without a scope... I'd defo have to get a taxi.

I think the more weight the better for bench rest really. From a springer approach anyway.

But I don't see why a PCP needs to be so heavy when virtually no recoil to dampen. I guess it's stability.

I've no idea if there's a market for it. Id say so for the top end BR shooters who are doing really long range comps.

Thought I’d just follow up on this one for anyone that finds it or takes an interest. I am told directly that currently they are looking at whether changes to allow sub 12 guns for the UK market will be possible, and presumably separately and regardless (where they mentioned FAC might be the only versions) if they will be able to have a UK dealer. Decisions not all yet made.
