Item I am (possibly) buying is now in Sales Graveyard

I sent a PM to the seller when the item advert was still live. I couldn't do more as I was out of the country at the time. Now I am back and have arranged to see the rifle. I cannot update the sales thread with a "Yes Please" as it is now locked. Am I ok to go ahead and meet the seller as per our PMs ? Don't want a ban for 'Dealing by PM' !!

Posted it here so the mods could reply. Don't want to PM them all at the same time and I haven't seen a 'PM the Mods' that might get to the one or two who may be monitoring the forum this weekend.

Could start a wanted thread but it seems a waste if the original advert is still there on the sytem.
Maybe a Mod will post something here that actualy answers the question for everyones benefit.

True, but @Dormy just wanted to make sure he stayed on the right side of the rules, I think l would have done the same.

Wasn't just wanting to avoid a ban for myself but the seller too. When we both realised, he was worried also.
The buying and selling rules are quite strictly applied and if you fall foul, it's an automatic ban.
