illness ffs

I passed my CBT the night before and I planned to go for a ride on the bike and my mum asked me to move a wooden Kist (wooden trunk ) my brother had left after he had moved out and my brother had come to collect it and needed a hand to get it to the car . I bent down lifted it and my back went . I could barely move for 3 days .

illness hits us all especially when we dont want it us olduns im 66 have done it been there got the t shirt and we are more serseptable the older we get used to vault a five bar gate in my teens now i cant open the bloody things let alone vault one

Well after the weekend things got worse , ended up in a and e yesterday, pumped full of antibiotics, prodded and pricked , waiting for a bed then at 2am they told me I could go home with another shit load of antibiotics..
Must admit after all the IV drugs yesterday I feel quite a bit better ...
Going away on Sunday for a few days to ibiza so I hope ive got over the worst and I can relax pain free in the sun for a few days..
Now to pack all my drugs into my case , that'll be fun with security 😁

I've learned to keep them in sealed bottles if possible, and I leave mine in the pharmacy bag; first time in the Canaries took fifteen minutes, which was mad really, as you can buy much of what I take over the counter, there!

Fit for decades, then in a couple of years, heart failure, diabetes, achalasia, apnea.....

Life is a pain, but as my doctor said, better than the alternative....
Same here. 60 hit and it's been one thing after another, Shingles, COPD, Heart attacks, osteoarthritis, loss of muscle mass and pneumonia.
Your doctor didn't think it through though. The alternative leaves you with nothing to worry about 😳

I think the doc was being a little selfish; if I die, he doesn't get paid...
