Shot string doesn't look very good! 90 shots from a 180 bar fill down to about 120 bar.

Not regulated. Info in 1st post — 180 down to 120 bar.
Soz, I don't know how I missed that! Distracted by the graph? Lol
As there is no reg it almost look like at 180 you are out of the sweet spot, would be interesting to add shots 91-110 to the string to see how far it comes back down on those?
What pressure gauge were you using to get your figures...is it dependable...90 shots using only 60 bar is 0.66 bar per shot which seems unbelievably efficient to me?
PS what pellets were you using?

I use the gauge on my bottle for the fill and just eye-balled the gauge on the rifle after I finished.

Pellets are QYS Stremlined 9.56 grain.

Plotting energy instead of FPS is going to make the variation look worse IMO. Unless you're using weighed pellets, you can easily get 10-fps variation from the pellet alone. That looks to be a 18 FPS variation at the extremes...

Looks like 50 good shots from a 180 bar fill, have you done a shot string from 200 bar?

My rifle went back under warranty and when it was returned it was filled to just over 200 bar. The power was low until it got down to 190 and then the power came up. This is my reasoning for only filling to 180 bar.

I can't remember the exact figures now though.

Looks like it might run hot with something like 10+ grain soft pellet.
Getting it turned down again may flatten the curve a tiny bit, but I am thinking your sweet spot will be between about 170/160 to 110/100 bar.
But this all difficult to tell when using different gauges for the start and end pressure. Next time you fill it compare what the fill gauge reads to the gauge on the rifle. Do they differ?
One last question. How accurate is it at 25yds/meters?

I and it was doing okay with an average of 99.5 on NSRA 10 bull benchrest targets. Slowly throughout the year though my scores have been slipping. My last couple of cards have seen scores of less than 98.

I won't be shooting now until after I get it looked at.

It's not bad - it's just not great for an HFT500 🤷‍♂️

The graph is a poor shape for starters, it's not the peak power that's the issue, I could see this being a pain over the 35ish shots you do on a BR card with sighters, I'd definitely want it looked at (y)

Cloverleaf is your man but a bit of a journey to get to him, he did meet me Brackley way, nice fella and knows his way around a HFT 500
