Dont know why, but yesterday I realized it and it was stuck.

I had to use 5-56 lubricant around the Powerlet and a wooden mallet to tap it free..

Not sure if the seal to the Powerlet survived to be sitting there for a few months, charged (or at least in the beginning)...

Always worth changing the seal just incase it's damaged, they are so cheap and a 22xx is easy to strip down. I have used the melted end of a hot glue stick before to retrieve stuck capsules from a 2240

you cannot grip a cartridge in a 2240
carts are net with the tube
i have use a stick and hot glue for year if i have one stuck
some gun will have this problem all the time and most won't i have one that does
so now you have a choice replace the valve seal or not, cost is a cartridge of gas
it will leak or it will not and i would waste one cart before i tear the damn thing apart

Removal went smoothly using 5-56.

The Powerlets is not expensive, I bought 100 of them for an equivalent of £44, so I will try one in the weekend to see if the seal is good.

I also ordered new seals but unfortunately the dealer was from the UK so I have to wait some weeks for them to arrive.

A polyurethane powerlet seal is a good upgrade over the standard rubber, it's lasted years in my Ratcatcher. A drop of pneumatic oil on the powerlet helps to prevent it sticking. @ped sells both of these.
