many thanks to @Drake267 rifle arrived safely and what a lovely thing it is.

You have reminded of my first quality air guns that I bought, the first was a HW77K. Fantastic right out of the box with it's iron sights, then a scope. Brilliant, I now have a HW97 (just tunned by "Nick Simmons") and I love it like I did my HW77k.. You have chosen well. Love it HNGD. Enjoy it! 🥳

It’s a lovely gun and gone to a good home, unfortunately the way my joints are I was struggling to cock it for even just a few shots. I may get a hw30 as I do like a little plink with a springer but I’m pleased you’re happy with it. Thanks again.

Oh
The HW30 will capture your heart mate. I have the 97, never sees use now I have the 30!

Delightful little gun.

I always wanted the 77K, still think it’s the most handsome springer ever.

I’ve had a hw30 a while ago and you’re right, they’re a cracking little gun, the 77 was my first gun as a 15yr old and I keep buying them and then moving them on. This one here is the last one, my elbows are so sore at the moment through work I’m struggling to cock them, but I know I’ll manage the 30 ok.
