How many times???

Yeah been great so far. It’s just me. I’ve lost confidence in the brand not the shop. Like
I said I’ll no doubt be spending more money. 🤣

The customer is always right. Don’t over think it. I hated it when I first had to return an item online, felt like it was me doing something wrong!
I don’t have much (if any) trust in humanity, but it’s their job to make sure that you’re happy and to sell you stuff. Yours to be happy and tell them when you’re not!…

Tell them that you’ve lost faith in that rifle and if you’re going to change the rifle you’d rather change brand.
I’m guessing that you’ve got something in mind? 🙂

Not really. Not yet. It’s a lot of rifle for the money. Going to be hard to match.

Are you sure it's anodising coming off. Anodising doesn't peel but the dye can fade or wear off.

Regardless, if your not happy, talk to the shop. See what they can do.

Kral Puncher Empire X at that store. It’s about £510 but doesn’t have the power regulator. Hence the price. It seems to match most everything else, apart from the left hand option as well…
It does have 600cc of air storage though! Might be worth a look…

I ordered it from Range and Country. They keep saying they pride themselves on customer service?
Oh no they don’t they blame the importers which by the way is R&C
I received my Kral with a loose barrel loose shroud butchered hammer spring and trigger adjustment screw fell out
No PDI had been carried out they blamed the importer!
And basically said it’s a budget rifle “ FROM CHINA🤣)”! And what could I expect from a 600 quid rifle
Now that’s still a lot of cash IMO

I’d argue it isn't a lot of rifle for the money - hence the issues. It LOOKS like a lot of rifle for the money, but it’s just not fit for purpose so I’m afraid it would be going back.

Maybe hoping to find a hw100 second hand for less than £600 fits the bill of “a lot of rifle for the money”. Hope you get sorted, be firm but fair but also be aware when spending this kind of money on what should be a precision instrument means that corners will have been cut somewhere.

The importers are Range Right not Range & Country. Not sure who you dealt with but R&C have been fine with me??

Hi @Liggsy72 we completely understand you may have lost faith in the rifle, if you've had 2 separate issues with 2 rifles. Have you spoken to one of the team about this at all?
We would be happy to offer a swap towards something else if that's what you'd prefer - do you have an alternative rifle in mind? If you'd like to give us a call we get this sorted for you

The OP did say he has lost faith in the gun and not R&C so i should think its all plain sailing from here on in.
