New stock design was introduced last year I think. Dealers still have old shape guns on the shelves and the new shape is being phased in. I much prefer the new shape.

Haven’t shot it yet, but it’s a pretty cool gun to handle. Although it’s a carbine it’s long with the silencer on it and it’s has some heft, but as a 17 stone, 6’5” big lad it really fits me well.
 
So first outing today……….well, overall I like it but it twangs a heck of a lot and so now I’m looking for a vortek PR4 kit to calm things down. I’ll report back once I’ve got one and fitted it

Thats good to know i want myself. Iv only had issue with the hw30 stock lucky but very sadly.
 
Back shooting again today and I now have the measure of this beast. It is very accurate and the trigger is perfect now I’ve backed off the weight somewhat, however the twang/recoil is pretty bad so I’m definitely going down the Vortec route. It is an enjoyable gun to shoot though and once I’d recalibrated myself from PCP mode to springer mode I was consistently hitting 3” targets at 75 yards with some wind. This is my only springer now and I’m really looking forward to learning how to get the best from it by refining my shooting skills
