Hen and Rooster Small Stockman Mother of Pearl

There's a lot of history in a Hen and Rooster knife and the Hen & Rooster Small Stockman is no different. Conceived and hand-made in about 1845, the Hen & Rooster® brand had a modest beginning as the notion of Carl Bertram. Now, more than 160 years later, the tradition is continued, hand-crafted in Solingen, Germany, and distributed in the United States by Frost Cutlery Company.

This folding knife has three distinct blades, each with nail nicks that make them accessible despite the smaller size. The largest being a clip point, with a smaller pen blade & sheepsfoot blade making for a versatile, & UK friendly penknife.

The handle is genuine mother of pearl with brass bolsters & liners that accent the handle in a way that creates a clean and distinguished finish.

That does look good too .thu you should really sell it on ....to me
I’d only look to replace it if I sold it and that would be difficult to do today,so NFS my friend 😊
It really is a super example ,lovely stag,etched blades,I think it’s 1095 carbon,and it’s a big knife for a Sowbelly at just over 4 1/2” closed length.👍
