I've found peanut butter is good in traps
I read somewhere that 'Crucial Garlic Mayo' attracts them too, I'm currently throwing cow nuts around a few spots to try and get them to congregate at night for some lead therapy.

Well bloody hell man that must stand out..at least it's a startI had my money on the kitchen sink waste outlet as it’s a loose fit and had no cobwebs (there were plenty on the utility waste outlet), but it seems I was wrong

I pointed up a couple of redundant pipe holes in a brick wall in a Warehouse (rats everywhere) and they must have been in the cavity as half an hour later they'd completely gnawed / tunnelled their way through 4 inches of semi dry mortar (and it was a strong mix !)It's worth a go, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if they dig/chew their way through it shortly after!
