Yessir, Mr.Paul, along with Express, Superdomes, Premier Crosmans, Hobby...different pellets for different tunes. All of the above are quite good, along w/ FTTs, at .22 springer working distances in the field.

Forunately, my .22s shoot Crosman Premier hollowpoints really well - bonus: locally supplied by Wal - Mart @ $ 7.00/ 500ct. tin.The HW's do appear to prefer the FTT diet

I've used them in my Uragan's and out to 30yards they group very well indeed. If your maximum range is going to be 30 yards then they are a very good choice of pellet, if your barrel like them and groups them tight enough for your liking.
However, when I stretch the distances, to 50y and 65y (fortunate enough to have 65yard back garden), they open up a little too much for me. For me and my rifles, The jts dead centre's hold better groups at the longer ranges, so I've stuck with them instead. The jts are "marginally" tighter at 30y too, but definitely much better at longer ranges.

They're nearly identical B.C. of an H.P. ~ .023... Worth trying...will do well to 50 yds. in my 99, running @ 585 - 590 fps...

No Steve...the.22 Hades I use are just under 16gr diablo ones.
