Habrok HQ35L

Cheers Keith….thats really interesting mate but after a lot of consideration I went for a Pulsar Telos XP50 LRF and got a great deal, very very impressed with it. Image quality, battery life ++, ergonomics, ability to ID at longer distances….just made up with it. .
Excellent news I haven't seen much imfo on the telos. You will love the built in range finder! 👍

Good evening all, that's my video review of the HIKMICRO Habrok HE25L multi-spectral binoculars now live, to accompany my upcoming (18th September) Airgun World magazine review...

Something for twitchers and hunters alike. 🤓🐦🐇🦊🦉🥷

Something I hadn't initially realised is the HE25L Habroks offer 4K (approx' 8 million pixels) day imagery and relatively basic 256x192 (12um, 35mk NETD) thermal sensor, and are primarily intended for the bird- and wildlife-watching community.

While the higher thermal spec' HH35L (384x288) and HQ35L (640x480) 12um 20mk NETD models -have 2.6K (approx' 4 million pixels) day sensors, and are more aimed at us nocturnal hunters. 🤓🥷

Thanks again Bruce (@mealiejimmie) for the extra info, after I compared the specs while completing my article... and thank-you Mike of Ythan Field Sports Supplies for the kind loan of these cool HE25L Habroks, for my impartial review.

Thanks for watching, cheers. Russ

One thing I have noticed, that whilst out with a friend of mine, he was useing the Habrok, he was up in a high seat, I was around 30 yards away from him on the ground, was how bright and noticeable the ir illuminator was.

Fascinating, hence I guess why there's a H**5LN model in each spec', the 'N' designating 940nm LED IR, for more covert use.

Incidentally if I bought a pair, I'd rig a compact Pic' bracket off the ¼" tripod thread and use either my Brinyte T28 IR torch or my Ludicrous Lumens Wraith V3 -to considerably improve the NV image range. 🤓

Cheers. Russ
