Always good to note some good service from a company.
I ordered a neoprene type cheekpiece for one of my guns, online via their website, see linky:

Unfortunately, after couple of weeks no item received. No problem, it happens.
Quick email to them and they confirmed RM had lost the item, they would send a replacement via a courier.
Few days later (eg: today) said item was delivered via their courier.
Sometimes sh*t happens, stuff gets lost, damaged, the wrong item is sent, etc, etc.
But, what is important is how a person or a company deals with the issue to resolve it that matters.
In this case they did not hesitate, did the right thing, job done, now thats good customer service.
So a big thumbs up from me for Riverside Outdoors, thanx.
