Thanks to this forums sales section and @Johc62 I’ve now added another revolver to my small collection. This one uses bbs so I’ve ordered some lead bbs that will hopefully be here tomorrow. Looks good , feels good, just hope it shoots good.

I have the BB version. The Pistol looks great, really lovely to shoot and quite accurate.

You would need to push them in backwards from the front . The skirts would probably damage the seal on the way in.
Mine likes it’s diet of lead bbs so it’s not really a problem other than having to remove the shells to reload bbs into them.

I've only shot pellets in my co2 pistols are the lead bbs any good? The bb version is on sale near me for 80 quid.

Work well enough in mine ain’t had any bounce back and hit me in the swede yet.

Some are better than others. I avoid the Gamo round balls, they tend to have a bit of a seam and leave black stuff all over your fingers. I have some copper coated ones that look good and shoot well. Not as good as pellets mind.

Don’t let the bbs put you of the Gletcher.
I’ve been using H&N excite smart shot through mine with none coming back at me when fired into a solid back stop or target holder.
Here’s a photo showing how they deform / flatten on impact.

Made a simple "dowel" that fits in the front of the cartridge so it is held firmly at either end using the live tailstock centre. The cartridge has to be modified in quits a few dimensions including the diameter of the rim.

Well done for doing that, I could probably make one, but seven?, I admire your patience
