That's interesting ~ guide should apply still you're correct just looks like the hammer has a slightly different orientation for the spring.

I have the same arrangement on mine, being an earlier model. So it is a little bit simpler, but as GMballisticpoints out, it is that same trigger spring to be replaced.

Thanks for this very clear guide, @GMballistic My Compact arrived today and the first ten shots confirmed that the trigger as it left the factory was dire. Ten minutes work following your guide and it seems much improved.
