I was wondering how much you loose in power real world terms with the compact barrel ? If you go the Continuum route you have best of both worlds a 380mm & 700mm barrel in the one kit .

Personally wouldn't go compact in fac. Extra length of barrel and bigger bottle is far better for shot count

Do you know what, just going to get the m3 and be done with it. I have the money, and you only live once. If I dally any longer I won't get anything

...reading that you do not need to shoot slugs, I would go for a second-hand RTI priest 1 or 2...extremely precise with JSB`s heavies and quite simple to work on...oh...and won`t break the bank...Ah man, I don't know what to get

Thanks for all the messages etc. I've read them all, and I think my decision to go with an M3 is the right one. I'm not wanting to shoot slugs at the moment, and I need this for a new permission I've just got where I can't use rimfire. I'm in this for the long haul, and therefore it makes sense to get the M3 for its scalability and endless mods, so in the long run I think it's right.
