Probably a Rookie question but can you dry fire this gun without causing damage to the gun its self? Also is it ok to rack the slide every now and then? Thanks for any help guys.

And racking the slide is surely one of the attractions of choosing this kind of air pistol!

I don't have a Cybergun DE but I've been known to rack a few CO2 pistol slides in my time. ;)

Thanks, just what i wanted to know.

Another thing, when i do fire it without pellets and no CO2 on board, i De-cock the gun , not sure whether that makes any difference or not but i do :).

I dry fire all my CO2 guns without a care in the world.....
Ah ok, nice to know, i have a H&K USP, and somewhere it said its not a good idea to cock the slide and shoot it dry, how important that is i dont know, apparently it can do damage to the mechanism but i dont know if thats true.
