Decent hard case or bag for a Bullpup.

Posted this one before, in one of Karl’s threads, iirc. However, the price has risen a bit, and may be longer than you could absolutely get away with.

Some alternatives:

I also recommend the Nuprol case. I have my Weihrauch bullpup secured in one. If I could afford it I'd have all my guns in one.

What's the issue with the Nuprol Jay? Too soft in general, being full length making it too flexible, or just too much room to move?

As @soggytomato says, the 8Fields Tactical are good bags- 90/105/130cm versions.

They do other versions (2 rifle, backpack) but I've only had this range to recommend. Not a massive saving over the Negrini at Range and Country linked above though
Hey mate, the soft Nuprol is a superb bag. TBH, the problem is that a store my guns upright and every time I pick it up to get shooting the Vet II has slid down to the bottom. Then, when I pick it up by the handle, it’s so out of balance I have to shake it back into the centre.

Once I’ve sorted a decent, BP bag/case, the Nuprol will be used for another full length gun.

But thank you all for your recommendations, as I commented in my opening post, furious Googling will take place later on.

Cheers 🍻

I am always bemused at the size of a hard case supplied with a rifle.... they clearly never expect anyone to be foolish enough to want to fit a scope, eh... Homer face palm

The Nuprol bags are excellent. (y)

I am considering making my own hard case for a bullpup (with a scope.. :ROFLMAO:). . It could be a project for some "shed time" during the colder months.

I queried this once, saying I'd be happy to pay a bit extra for a larger hard case that actually took the rifle with a scope and moderator fitted. The answer was that they are supplied only for protection when shipping from the factory to the RFD. Seems such a waste!

I have very basic hard cases for some of my small r/c aircraft :)

The Katran sub compact case is exactly that! Can't fit a scope, ridiculous!

my aim 40 is da bomb...my nuprol bag will be given away as soon as i get a replacement,,,what a load of crap in a bag...apologies if this offends

I recently bought a BSA 'Tactical Carbine Backpack' - the 42" version takes my HW110 rifle with moderator fitted and has loads of height:

The shorter (38") version could be perfect for a bullpup. Widely available and pretty affordable.
Agreed.
Got a HW100KT in a 38" BSA tactical and it fits it well, the two magazine pockets on the outside are the only negative for me,otherwise its an exceptionally good gun bag with plenty of carrying options.

they are just tooo floppy for me and if you scour ebat you can find them renamed for £35 ....they look the same but cant say for sure

going back to nuprol case i think or perhaps a bsa bag ...when ive seen one of course
