Hi all

I’m possibly looking to buy a scope that’s capable for day and dusk shooting but without going silly prices.

What would people recommend?

I do have a torch with green filter and pressure pad so night vision isn’t a must but getting rid of the extra weight would be a bonus.

Thanks in advance

For day and dusk an original Hikmicro Alpex are currently on offer for around £350. Add an ir torch for full night mode. A second hand DNT Zulus v1 if you can find one around £350 all in one unit with lrf & ballistic calculator. Or an add on, various models second hand around £200 maybe less.

John.

Get up to 50 posts on here then you can access the sales sections or put a wanted ad up for something. Night vision devices are constantly being upgraded and people do sell and upgrade regularly. My mate @LostinTransit just got a Wraith NV device for £150 which for the money he was very impressed with.

where are these for £350

HikMicro Alpex currently £359 at Blackwood Outdoors. That's the bare scope without an illuminator, though for "dusk" shooting you may not need one.
Lovely scope, if slightly on the heavy side, may not suit wimps. If you need light weight splash out the extra hundred on the "Lite" version.

Blackwood Outdoors have the Zulus non Rf V2's for £350 and the V1 for £300, no Range Finder or Ballistic Calculator, but does have a built-in Illuminator.
