Good afternoon all! Suns out but dark clouds on the horizon up here in the dales on the farm! Went for a swim in the river at 2am this morning! Seemed to help on me stiff neck and twisted back! Word of caution,never rub deep heat in then go for a piss straight after! Sure makes you hop about looking for a tap!
