Beautiful workRespect mate,
I hate it TBH, have never really mastered it,
I normally use leather lace braiding where possible,
if not then the sewing machine,

Absolutely stunning mate
Funnily enough I have just managed get the pattern from tandy leather for the western rig, 357s colt 1911 and shoulder holster etc
That’s going be my next big thing a western rig
I have done sheaths for just over 2 years all self taught never done anything like leather craft at all before this
But I have always wanted to do a full western rig so I’m going bite the bullet lol
I’m going line the belt and holster but I know I have a big job only sewing by hand but I definitely think its going be worth it in the end
I’m heading towards something like this in the picture if I can
Thats very nice indeedI look forward to seeing it finished Micky, seeing your current work pretty sure you wont find it too difficult, take your time and enjoy the progress and it will all come together,
I tend to put an aged style finish on most my work to be honest it does cover up some of my less tidy bits that occasionally crop up LOL!!
This is the last full western rig I did have done few holsters on their own.
