Culling the collection

Yes, it's really pretty with a really nice cocking action and shot cycle, I'm having doubts about selling it
As others have said - if it is accurate and you know it is good then if you later change your mind you might not find one as good ... I had this problem with cars!

I've just culled 3 from my collection and it feels surprisingly good to offload the ones that weren't for me

36 springers, 21 pcp’s, 4 pump up’s and 1 pistol. Really need to move a load on before my wife is left with a massive problem but I wouldn’t know where to start
Mate you need to start offloading you collection. If you are thinking about it you're halfway there. I bought guns and kept them for years and some never left the house. Once you start selling the pain subsides.Good luck.

Im getting rid of my pistols as I never use them,
Ive sold several rifles in the last 6 months but seem to have acquired almost as many as I have sold.
Think Im around the 25 mark 8 springers and 17ish pcps probably need to sell a few more but how to decide🤣

I asked for it to be removed from the sales section. I don't know what I was thinking, it's such a nice rifle

I’m still close by near BA, and can travel if you need help. 😃

Have you still got that Goldstar ?

P.S. Hope you are now recovered from your op. 👍

Ohhh dear!!!!

In fairness …. I have sold quite a few and sort of introduced a 1 in 1 out rule, that sort of get bent a little to 1 out…. A couple in🤦‍♂️

58 rifles mainly PCP’s, but CO2’s and a pump plus an additional 12 CO2 pistols!!! I promised I would keep it to no more than 50.

But there are so many rifles in need of a loving home…..it would be wrong of me not to adopt them!!!

Your collection is much much bigger than mine!

I could do with shifting a few, but apart from a couple I can find really good reasons to keep the others; fun to shoot, inherited, rose tinted models from years ago when I was young and happy and full of hope for the future..
As I get older and more decrepit I realise I'll have to get rid of them all so I'm not leaving a problem for anyone when I'm not around to help.
The trick is to know when that "sell em all" time has arrived. Too early and I'll be missing out on fun, too late and I won't be able to do it.
Funny old game, eh?

This the biggest collection i have ever heard of, without someone actually owning a shop.
Wow!. I have 8 and I thought (think) that's a lot. My recycling policy is to give away the ones that meet giveaway criteria to some local shooting academies that teach kids. The small amounts I could have got for them represent my investment into future generations of shooters!
