Good morning all.
Having just re-sealed the second CO2 gun over the past couple of weeks I've been looking into ways to stop the gas eating the seals when it is left in the gun.
This gives a couple of options. CO2 savers and keep the big cartridges or a dual 12g converter and use the small ones.
I'm just after a bit of advice or opinions on both and which (if either) are better.
Do they work or do they give low flow, erratic flow or just leak/etc?
Do they last with repeated use?
Do they damage the gun over time (I can't help but think having continual pressure against the piercing pin is less than ideal?) and do they mean the stock won't go on - if so are there solutions to that?
Guns are a Sig MCX and a Webley Nemesis X but others will probably be added in the future. Can the adapters be swapped between guns so we could just use whatever is left in a cartridge in whichever gun we feel like using?
I suppose the other option is to convert to hpa but I presume that would be cost prohibitive as it would probably be cheaper to trade the gun in for a pcp at that point?
