I'm looking compressor because I'm not gonna get many fills to my Kral HiCap using a bottle 😔
100 to 250 bar 500cc.
The calculators say about 7 fills from a 12L !?!?
SO, using the Tuxings as example...
Are the 061, 062, 063 basically the same PUMP just with different add-ons ??
AND, if so, is the 062 vertical pump any benefit ?!?!

Couldn't wait 😄.
Ordered the 062 yesterday, on wife's Prime account.
MIGHT come today ?!
Ordered a 2nd filter doo dah so I'll have one on each end (and I'll keep the same way every time so the gun end is "best" !?).
Ooooh, can't wait 😄 😉

The Sums:-
150 bar into 500cc is 75AtLitres.
300 bar down to 250 bar, 12L is 600At L.
600/75 is 8.
So from a full bottle, (unlikely!) the OP will get 8 full fills to 250 bar before he will have to settle for partial fills.
In practice he will get another 12 or so diminishing partial fills if he settles for finally giving up at 200 bar.
So in a way, everyone is at least partly right!

Looking at my post 11 above we can see a mismatch tension developing. Sellers are pushing gun pressures up to get artificially high shot counts from small cylinders. But existing bottles can't really. match that performance, tho most compressors will happily do 250 bar. But stories abound of cheaper compressors that rapidly lose reliability and lifetime above 250 bar.
Furthermore, a PCP is an inefficient beast. The higher bottle pressures go, the worse that gets.
Not to mention the steadily increasing danger as bursts become more violent and likely.
This trend has to halt. I support the idea of a second bottle in the stock at the rear if shot count and looks are important. Who really needs 400 shots?

🤪😜

Yes, my HiCap is giving GOOD RELIABLE shots 250bar right down to ~110bar....and 500cc bottle 😔.
I realise these "calculators" are bit varied, but.................
