The full (enclosed) tang and the 14c28n steel upgrade are worth the premium over the usual stick tang Moras. One of the very best for the money and pretty much indestructible.

Can I ask if there were any problems with delivery or extra charges? I've heard of people having problems with knives from USA being rejected by customs for some reason.

That was down to someone at FedEx having a bee in their bonnet about all knives being weapons and rejecting them without border force ever becoming involved, apparently that's getting better now, but choose a different courier if given the option.

Depending on what you’re using them for, you can get some good leather sheaths for them too.

If gutting rabbits, obviously stick with the plastic ones.

I don't know why but I do not have a mora in my collection of about 30 fixed blades. I've not seen a bad review of them but equally I've not took the plung when out and about at shows and seen them on sale.

Another vote for Mora Companion, but depends on your idea of cheap… at £65ish quid Condor Bushlore is excellent value for money and my go to, though carbon steel.

I have the chisel knife version n I've seriously abused that with deep roots n stones, n it still cuts paper til you catch a nick.
