I’m looking at picking up a couple of spare magazines for my Katran Pro Compact and have narrowed it down to CARM or DARC.
I’ve had a quick search on the forum but most of the time it comes down to confusion about who is who.
For this post CARM are made in Europe and DARC are made in U.K. Please do not start using names of makers as this just muddies the water!
From what I’ve found so far, they both hold 15 pellets in .177 and neither appears to retain the AirMaks anti-double-load feature.
On paper they both look like good options, but I’m much more interested in real-world experience than specifications.
If you’ve actually used both, which would you choose and why?
I’m particularly interested in:
* Feeding reliability
* Ease of loading
* Pellet retention
* Durability
* Overall quality
I’d especially appreciate comparisons from people who’ve owned or shot with both, rather than recommendations based on just one.
Thanks.

. I was mistaken thinking that it was the same person because carm goes by darko as well but they are different makers.
