Does anyone have an r10 with a carbon buddy bottle, can you please show pictures? , I'm thinking of getting one (300cc) but would like to see some owners pictures. Thanks

Super carbine with 300 bottle.

As a newbie I’m going to ask a stupid question but I’m guessing if you fit a larger bottle it holds more air thus larger shot count between re-fills?? Is that correct

It does, but not as many as I expected.
Despite having the Huma reg as well.
Bought s/h and not been inside it yet.
Looks like over 150 is possible with the 200cc
and a lot more with a 300cc from what I have seen.
I have ordered the light hammer conversion
from Apex and will have a look at the reg setting and other bits when I'm in it.
My Steyr FT also had a low shot count with the blue insert so I imagine it will be similar as to the cause.

Just fitted the lightweight hammer in my r10th

I fitted a 400cc metal one to mine, fits without any other modifications.
Obviously its a bit heavier than standard but still balances well and I shoot off a bag anyway.

Both bottles came with the valves already fitted-pretty sure they were the extended ones as don’t think the carbon bottles fit without

Sorry Guys, but not for me, it was on the cards, but not now, especially after seeing these photos, not my cup of tea, I fitted a Huma reg, hell of a lot more regulated shots, but as for the cylinder, I will just cope with the extra weight
