Evening all. I am going to be looking at one of these to fettle and see if i can make it a little more refined to shoot.

Just wondered if anyone has stripped one and has any success storys or words of wisdom.

The gamo bsa rifles are ones ive not encountered before so will be interesting.

Cheers.

Thinkin' they're pretty much same internals as my Gamo 880, Rob. Mine runs a Maccari spring( E3650) , I sized down rear steel guide & took out the long Delrin spring spacer block. Mine wears a Maccari 25mm seal, but a Brit Seals TX unit may work as well? ( not sure on seal boss size on a TX piston). Full length spring ( a Titan 6 or 8 is call out replacement ) gives me a taste over y'alls limit in .22 caliber. Not sure on BSA stroke length - Gamo is 100mm.

Thanks chris. Maybe it does share internals. It doesnt look a 100mm stroke from first impression but Ive no idea. 25mm piston.. 🤞

I believe this is the parts diagram.

Its a 177, quite a light little break barrel.

Plan is to give it a test as is on the opens. chrono/cycle assessment and then get stuck in. Will run a thread in the project section 😊👍

If you can find a Welsh Willy trigger blade or a Charlie da Tuna unit, they make a very positive upgrade.👍👍
Lookin' forward to the thread, buddy.

Any update please? I have a Mk6 I want to play with...

Lots of updates there 👍
