Good afternoon all,

I recently purchased the bsa air compressor from the airgun centre but it will not fill past 150 bar. I've tested using the test plug in the fill whip and also tried it on my s410 which is currently sitting at 150 bar and it just won't go past this even if you leave it for 5 minutes or so.

I do have a ideo of what it's doing but I don't seem to be able to upload here.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong or , like I think it's faulty and I need to return to the airgun centre which seems like it will cost me £25 to do so before even being able to use it.

Thanks in advance

Is the bleed screw fully closed and what is the auto stop set to ?

Check for leaks at the usual culprits, bleed screw, connections etc, if none of these it's not pumping correctly, call the seller and talk.
I think the 'bsa' compressor is just a re- badged Chinese one.

Yes fully closed and stop is set to 190 bar. I can leave it for ages and it juts won't go past 150 bar it just sits there.

Do what Hill say for this issue with their compressors. With the bleed screw opened just a tiny bit then run the compressor for about 10 minutes. Any microscopic debris should be purged.

Had the same on my vevor one.... I just sent it back as brand new.

That's what I'm doing it just smarts a bit having to spend £25 just to send it back insured due to the value.

Never did find out the issue, some giid folk reckon it was the auto shut off, but mine just slowed a d stopped when near the 100bar mark.

Sorry could have been any more help.
