My two Brownings 425 grade 6 and my main clay Ultra XS Prestige (the 425 is a bit of a hybrid with only the action being a 425, the forend , stock and barrels are off 3 different 325’s !! (I chipped the stock after a very expensive refinish
Lovely. Did you run the 425 over with a tank or something then to need the collection of ‘spares’…?My two Brownings 425 grade 6 and my main clay Ultra XS Prestige (the 425 is a bit of a hybrid with only the action being a 425, the forend , stock and barrels are off 3 different 325’s !! lol no it was originally a trap gun but had done very little work and was the best grade 6 I could find at the time , I found a g6 sporter stock the a g6 forend as I don’t really likrr er the browning beaver tail forends , then I found a set of 30” inv plus 325 g1 barrels , cost me some money mind for that lot , it’s a little blingy for comp clay shooting and the 32” ultra ticks all those boxes for me so keeping the 425 for special and game days , the original barrels are 3/4 and full so will have them taken out to 1/2 and 1/2 at some point for the upcoming lead banLovely. That’s a lovely stock. Straight grain in the head so strong , shame it’s long tang , what gun is it ?Here’s my old banger , which I’m thinking of selling as I don’t use it very much , such shame it stays in the cabinet so long View attachment 971880View attachment 971881
