Brought a bipod adapter for my bsa r10 but when I’ve fitted it,it’s at a slight angle due to the curve of the stock with a slight gap as in pictures…..is it ok or do I need a different one?

Ahh I thought about that, trouble is it covers the fill port…. I’ve decided to send it back and get a bipod that’s suitable for a sling stud instead of converting it to the picatinny rail 👍

I'd buy a Dr Bob Buddy Bottle Clamp
You'll also be able to move the bipod further forward which will give you more stability.
You can buy a 60 mm or a 50 mm which I think your BSA bottle is.

Maybe it’s me, maybe it’s my ocd with mechanical empathy but I’ve always winced at the thought of anything supported from my cylinders.. perhaps they’re all good for a little pressure pushing at the screw fittings.. I know a lot of people do, but it’s just wrong in my sponge of a 🧠
👊
