After some suggestions please.

What's the best budget co2 powered handgun with blowback. Must take 177 pellets.

Budget around the £200 mark but could be alittle more. Looking for second hand but can also consider new. Want something that can shoot approx 15m without drop.

I have a Glock 19x which i love. It has a nice powerful blowback and is fairly powerful. Problem is it takes steel bbs only and not pellets. The bbs have a tendency to occasionally ricochet. Ideally want something with a similar design to the glock rather than the revolver type.

Thanks.

The Sig P226 is a very well rounded package. Has blowback, nice weight and fires pellets with a clever 8 shot magazine that flips through 180 degrees to give you another 8 shots. Also the gas cartridge has the cleverest and best loading system of any CO2 gun.

Crosman 600?
Otherwise it's a big ask. Blowback has to rob energy from the system somewhere in order to function. A rifled, mag fed pistol in .177 isn't all that easy to achieve if at all. The revolver mechanism does work though. Not ideal but better than steel BBs coming back to visit. (y)

You could run the Glock with Excite copper coated lead BBs, or ASG Blasters, to removed the ricochet issue.

If you want to try a pellet pistol, the Umarex SA10 has a good reputation, and the Gamo PT85 uses a reversible stick mag like the aforementioned P226.

I've been considering a belt fed pistol, Glock 17 gen5 (above the £200 budget) or there is the Walther PPQ M2 (pretty much on budget) to consider.

Thanks. Some good suggestions. May try the alternative bbs you hav suggested and do some research on the handguns too.

I had the SA10 and it was powerfully, accurate BUT POI was always down and to the right. In the market for another myself, might try that P226..

Another vote for the SA-10 if you want blowback. I'm well impressed with the old man's one. Having all the weight in the grip gives it a really comfortable and stable hold.

I have a Glock 17 dual ammo that I could place in the for sale section for that amount if you are interested.

I have the Sig P226. Not a bad pistol, definitely feels pretty solid in hand. CO2 is very easy loading being in the back of the grip and the barrel is even threaded should you want to try a moderator on it.
Liked it enough I even shelled out for extra mags and a holster made for a real P226. Fits perfect and the pellet mags fit nicely in the pockets made for real magazines.
Sig Sauer P226.webp

The Crosman 600 is very expensive (if you can find one) and doesn't have blowback so I'm not sure how it can be recommended as a 'budget pistol with blowback' 🤔

True, rare and not budget in the slightest but a repeater nonetheless. To degree, budget will always dictate quality.

Thank you all for your input really appreciated.

Spoke to a local gun shop and they recommended a Gamo c15 for £95. Any thoughts on that? What's the difference between the c15 the Gamo PT85?

Been offered second the glock g15 for around £100 plus delivery and the sig sauer m17 for £135. Any thoughts on those? Just conscious about a second hand ones as i bought one and turned out to be faulty.
