Well, seems I can't get on to STB. I got a new phone, this week, and can't make it work. I also forgot my password, but it was saved, in my old phone. Had no problem getting back on here.

Do they have a password recovery option or are you able to email them to explain the problem?

I had to google STB to see what it was. I.T can be proper annoying at times, if one has an outage. 
I just have an old, years old Sony. If I need a smartphone to do an app- I will use my brothers phone- like if needing to connect a vehicle OBD reader. Hope you are all connected now.
