Popped into @Big Dan airguns this afternoon to pick up a couple of Cometa bits and happen to cast an eye and hands over a Benjamin Armarda, very interesting rifle obviously not Turkish so I’m guessing American as it had the marauder trigger, AR15 compatible and regged.
Anyone own one and care to share their findings

While I was there Dan could smell the Omega in the boot 😂😂 and put a few shots through it along with trying my little Cometa 100-220 hybrid, he developed sticky fingers and I had to distract him while I sneaked them back in the car and made my escape 😂👍

Those Omega's and that Custom Chris Cometa (Chrismeta?) were lovely. Like with a lot of Webley gear they Omega deserves waaaay more recognition. That rifle was so smooth to shoot and probably the slickest break barrel I've ever operated. Oozes quality.

The Cometa was bloody nice as well, zero recoil and that trigger mate genuinely is fantastic. I plan on trying to bribe Cometa to look into it themselves.

The Armada is an odd one as there's no denying it's absolutely fugly like most "tactical" rifles and yet there's something about it that I like.. it's a solid bit of kit I'll say that and the trigger as you saw is fantastic. If only they could make a walnut one.

Cometa are very reactive to feedback as we have seen, they at least listen and respond just look what they’ve done already.
As you know mate I’m as picky as you and that 100 trigger is rough especially as it’s aimed at kids, simply swapping parts they already have boxes of turns that little sucker into what you shot, it’s transformed it and like I said you gotta shoot this 😂😎

Omega has proven to me there’s some real nice older stuff out there, shoots well but a niggle for me is its weight, not 80 heavy is it but not a 220 either

The Armada is well worth investigating as the speil on some sites say it’s a LW barrel just like the Crosman, which is proving to be excellent, the trigger is a Marauder unit so that’s a bonus, if you fancy dropping it off I could be tempted to test it for you, and leave the scope in the box 😂😂😂😂😂

I am the process of changing my Armada action to a Marauder stock. Everything I read says it can be done with only a barrel band.
I tend to be a traditionalist and prefer standard wooden stocks. Big Ugly, that is her name is a very accurate .177 rifle and if the wooden stock changes that accuracy I can always revert.
