What's y'alls take on this

There's enough untested and bad stuff around as it is.

Anything new should be properly tested rather than just foisted on us by those with money and power. I have changed from buying milk from Tesco and Asda (as they were on the news report that I read during the week) to getting milk from M&S. I will be writing to M&S to check their milk doesn't come from cows fed bovaer.

Just my 2 pence worth......

I agree, boycott them !!! I mean is "stopping the cows farting" really going to save the planet ? What they should be doing is concentrating on China and their emissions, the polution, clouds/air quality and rivers/lakes over there look absolutely disgusting, no wonder they all walk around with masks on, im surprised they haven't all started transforming into aliens or developing super powers etc,

I haven't read THIS specific article, but apparently that "bovaer" is a "skin irritant" and can "burn your eyes" too, is that something you really want in your system? let's face it, it's only a matter of time before there is "an accident" and it does end up in us humans too, we will be the ones "transforming into aliens".

I must sound like a conspiracy theorist do I? im not crazy I swear 😉 😂.

I’ll be avoiding it , clinical trials has shown it to cause male fertility issues and is also carcinogenic.

Bill Gates is a real and present danger to society

There is a lot of misinformation and conflating conspiracy theories out there regarding Bovaer, to give an example:

Bill Gates has  nothing to do with it, nor do any of his funds. (One of his funds does give some backing to an Australian equivalent)

I'm not a fan of the dairy industry, but the anti-bovaer thing is bizarre.

Bovaer is an unnecessary food additive which contributes nothing to the nutritional value of the foodstuff. If it did, they would be shouting it from the rooftops.

It's a rerun of the 'cows (it was Danish, then Dutch pigs originally, before they decided that cows sounded better) farting destroying the planet' twaddle of yesteryear.

Assuming that it it's not some mass medication scheme (which incidentally, they are very keen on), the purpose of which has yet to be revealed, it's political - part of the 'climate change' shtick.

That alone should be sufficient warning.

Until I know more about this I am getting locally sourced milk from MilkMaids at Deardens Farm( in Over Hulton) or Smithills Open Farm near Bolton. Fresh honest milk from either of these two farms may be the way forward to help me get a healthier lifestyle anyway.

Yours,

SteveB

You must be quite local to me 😄

Doesn't 'stop cows farting' at all. Even the tyrants pushing this agenda admit it gives a quoted 24% reduction.
Next to sweet FA.
And for this we are to be the guinea pigs for a product that is reputed to cause cancer and infertility in humans. Win/Win then for the wonderful, caring Government, eh?

Right thats it! I'm buying my own Cow!
Can you keep them in a little bedroom?
Seriously though does anyone on here drink the Raw Milk? we have a place about 2 miles away that does it but i herd (pun intended) that it can give you the squits when you first go on it?
We use Cravendale filtered which is part of Arla afaik.

I might give some to my Mrs.
Could this be an opportunity for a return to milk on your doorstep?
We still have a 'milkman' who delivers to the doorstep. Don't seem to be many left now though.
