Anyone fitted a sunshade to a vector veyron?

I wonder why. Ive found em to be pretty ineffective.

No they don’t I have a 44mm hawke sunshade that I ordered with my scope and it does not fit! When I contacted them they stated that yes it will not fit and also stated that the tread is different from Hawke.

The Hawke don’t fit. I have one that I order with my scope and it did not fit.

It's very unusual for 2 sunshades from 2 different manufacturers to be compatible.

I used to use optisan evx 3-12x44 sunshade slightly different diameter, like the thickness of electrical tape, but the thread was identical

A link to what? Veyron or optisan sunshade? If you mean optisan sunshade the one you see above is a gen 1 optisan EVX shade I can't guarantee the new ones fit

Mine came with the scope.Ill see if I can dig it out the weekend.Ive got so much stuff in my back room I'll need to move a load of things to get into the cupboard.If I find it, you can have it.

It's very unusual for 2 sunshades from 2 different manufacturers to be compatible.

If Vector make the Hawke scopes then there is a good chance they will fit and the same for many other brands Vector makes scopes for.

Some of the MTC and Hawke have the same thread on the eyebell also as my NT300 NV Adaptor fitted a Hawke I had and my MTC Viper.

Ant supplies have a list of ones that are interchangeable between brands.

You could also go to a camera shop and get them to measure the thread and get step up or step down rings to fit what you can find. Some one on here did it after I recommended then for another sunshade to scope fitting.

Oh right, but an unlimited budget FT rifle with a custom stock with a small mammal bolted to it and feathers dangling off of it, is perfectly fine?
