@Bambi666 - if you don't mind me asking, what did you get in the end? Extended warranty looks like a good deal

I have the same one, they like being strip cleaned every now and then, and the crankshaft assembly and rollers lubed, I'm using Molly grease to good effect so far, and it seems to have taken the 'tuxing knock' out of it.PCP Air Compressor,Built-in Power Converter,Portable 4500Psi/30Mpa,12V DC/110V AC PCP Airgun Compressor, Water/Oil-Free, Suitable for Paintball, PCP Rifle, Pistol, Scuba Bottle : Amazon.co.uk: DIY & Tools

I purchased this same one, but it came with a discount to £117.I have a few years old Tuxing basic model and also this year bought a rebranded on Amazon as it was so cheap, £128.
300Bar 4500PSI PCP Air... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DYSKSYL8?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
It says 300 bar, but I've only ever tested to 260 bar 3750 psi to fill my back pack bottle.
I've been running it for a few months now. Only issue is to make sure the air release valve knob is done up tight enough, I use a strip of rubber for additional grip.

The electric fan was jammed tight and the main switch wasn't located properly. After contacting the seller and them asking me to open it to see if there was any loose connections, I found the fan blades were jammed but managed to free them .The switch couldn't be located on both sides properly, it was likely the clip broken.
So quality control isn't good. On the upside it does work fine and pumped my new Gamo Riser up. I negotiated a £50 refund after threatening to return it because of the faulty fan and switch problem. Hopefully the fan doesn't jam again, but I'm prepared to put a new one in.
So that lets anyone else interested in buying about possible quality control issues.
