Has anyone heard about Air gun Doctor based in Cannock staffdshire, if they are any good for tuning and working on Air rifles.

@Blackmax or @rancidtom may be able to help you out. Not sure where they are based but both highly respected on here and elsewhere.

He serviced my old Air Arms S410. Thought it was expensive at the time but it's been spot on since.
Well I've recommended a Professor, not a quack, even if he may not delight in the science of FXology!

Had my hw100 serviced by him through my local rfd after it developed a leak. Came back, good as gold and no issues with it in the following three years.
Wildcat, then you probably need a vet - better still, an abattoir...

Simon Atkins He used to work for Webley & Scott Knows his stuff but also knows how to charge. Use Mick Simm on here aka @the logun-ator and save yourself the grief

Yes Simon is a nice bloke and dose a good job nothing to much trouble. He worked at Webley .
Nice bloke although I've had variable success with him in the past. As above he used to work for Webley so is probably pretty good with these / early FX's.. conversely he didn't seem to know his way around a Rapid and I'd certainly not trust him with another (although thankfully I no longer need to).

The only "value for money" aspect I factored in to my initial answer was that after £140 I had to send to send a gun to you to sort out the problem that £140 should have already have paid for. You sent it back to me fixed, he handed it back to me with the original fault extant.
